Sup Siam brings you the fragrant, slightly spicy taste of classic Thai-style soup without the long cooking time. Just add water, boil, and enjoy a bright, aromatic bowl of soup in minutes. Perfect for busy days, late nights, and whenever you want something warm, refreshing, and full of flavour. Ingredient : Coriander seeds (19%), cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, star anise, dried chili, onion, lime, coriander leaves, fennel seeds, white pepper, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, lemongrass, coriander root, cumin, cardamom.   COOKING INSTRUCTIONS  Sauté the spices outside the sachet (cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom, ginger) together with garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the cleaned and cut chicken pieces and stir well. Cook until the chicken releases its aroma and oil. Add one sachet of Sup Punjut Siam Dwi Makmur and stir well. Add water and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil. Add sliced tomatoes and celery stalks. Add salt to taste and serve.
