Sup Ayam brings you the comforting, classic taste of chicken soup without the long cooking time. Just add water, boil, and enjoy a warm, savoury bowl of soup in minutes. Perfect for busy days, quiet nights, and whenever you want something familiar, soothing, and satisfying. Ingredient : Coriander seeds (35%), black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, fennel seeds, white pepper, ginger, bay leaves, Javanese chili, mace, coriander root, coriander leaves, fennel seeds.   COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Sauté the spices outside the sachet (cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom, ginger), together with garlic and shallots, until fragrant. Add the cleaned and cut chicken pieces and stir well. Cook until the chicken releases its aroma and oil. Add one sachet of Sup Punjut Ayam Dwi Makmur and stir well. Add 1.5 litres of water and mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables of your choice such as potatoes and carrots, and cook until tender. Add salt to taste and serve.
